For the materials that we cannot source locally, we support herbal retailers that have an unswerving commitment to organic standards. For example, we love Pacific Botanicals as they also have their own organic farm to produce many of their products. Each herbalist, farmer and business that we purchase materials from, shares our commitment to sustainability and has testing set in place to ensure the highest grade plants, berries, fruits, carrier oils and organic alcohol.
Are all of your products organic?
All ingredients are certified organic unless otherwise noted as being wildcrafted or certified grown without chemicals. Each ingredient is clearly labeled.
At Papaveri, we strive to bring you the freshest and most vital products. We create our formulas in small batches and use dark packaging to help preserve the nutrients in your product. We will also share on each product how to best store your herbal formula.
For our bulk teas and tinctures, a dry and dark space that has a comfortable to slightly cooler temperature such as a cabinet, is the ideal storage space. Sunlight, though vital to our health, does degrade herbal products, more rapidly. For more perishable products such as our Elderberry Syrups and Oxymels, we recommend that they are stored in the refrigerator or even poured off into a mason jar and stored in the freezer, if not used within 2 weeks (honey based syrup) or 4-6 months for oxymels.

One of our main priorities is to have excellent customer service as well as exceptional products. That being said, it is possible that you may not be satisfied with your purchase. In this case, we would like to find a solution.
Opened products are considered final sales and cannot be returned. For those that try a product and find that it does not work for you, we are happy to offer a 30% discount on another product. This is limited to one product per sale and one time per client, per year.

As it is important to maintain the freshest quality possible, we will offer a full refund for items that are fully sealed and unused if shipped back to us within 7 days of carrier delivery.

We do not cover the cost of the return. You may request a return label which is deducted from your return refund, or you may ship back at your own expense.
We will ensure that your products are shipped with adequate packaging to safely arrive to you and are not responsible for damaged goods sent either initially or as a return. Please make sure that products are sufficiently protected for transport, especially as well as our correct address is used if returning.

At Papaveri Botanicals, we do our best to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. That being said, we understand that damage can occur during transit. If your products reach you in a damaged state, please contact us within 1-5 days of carrier delivery with the order number, photograph, and brief description of damage.
While it is your responsibility to submit claims to the carrier and secure resolution, we will offer a discount on a replacement.
While we have quality control measures set in place to ensure that you receive the correct order, mistakes can happen. Please open your package upon receipt to check that your order is what you purchased. If it is not, please contact us within 2 days of receipt, with a photo of what you did receive, and we will email you a return label. We will mail, at our cost, the correct products as soon as you have shipped the returned items and have provided their tracking number.
