 After ensuring that the bowel is supported and daily bowel movements are happening, one can introduce TLC herbal tea, tincture and one bottle of Detox. The following week, switch to Flow herbal tea, tincture and the other bottle of Detox.*

For the tinctures: Shake well before each use. Add 2 dropperfuls to 4-8 ounces of water. Take 2 to 3 times per day .

For the teas: To prepare TLC herbal tea, add 1-2 tsp of tea blend to water and gently simmer for 10 minute. Let steep, ideally overnight, or minimum 1-4 hours. Strain. For a more medicinal brew, serve plain.

For Flow Herbal Tea, bring water to a boil and then remove from heat. Add 1-1.5 tsp tea per cup of water and let steep, ideally overnight, or minimum 1-4 hours. Strain. Enjoy.
